Why Rent With Us
Renting in Greece can be tricky if you're new to the country. Listings vanish, landlords don't reply, and contracts are in Greek. We do the legwork and translate every step.
Most landlords ask for a copy of your ID or passport, proof of income or a guarantor, and a deposit equal to one to two months' rent. Lease agreements are typically twelve months minimum for long-term rentals.
Foreign tenants need a Greek tax number (AFM) to sign a formal lease. We're advisors, not agents or lawyers, but we'll introduce you to the right local people for the AFM, utility setup, and address registration, and stay alongside you throughout.
Our Process
A straightforward, transparent process so you know what to expect at every stage.
Budget, neighbourhood, must-haves, move-in date, a quick call and we know exactly what to look for.
We filter active listings, contact landlords, and arrange viewings, in person or by video, that fit your schedule.
We talk you through the lease in your language, flag points worth raising with the landlord, and walk you through deposit and signing.
We point you to the right contacts for utilities and address registration, and stay on call for anything that comes up later.
